Claire’s NOTES

Lynn has references to the parish of Dalziel for Robert, William and James. Claire doesn't have that information but has not looked at records for Dalziel for her family. Lynn has Robert marrying Elizabeth Boyne, and Claire has him marrying Betty Cleland in 1804 in Carluke Parish.

James & Margaret Dick had a grandson Robert Brownlee Dick[13] who started a bus service between Carluke & Glasgow in 1925.

Some other names that appear in my 'branches' Frew, McLelland, Malloch, Carnegie, Risk, Dyer, Stewart, Weston.
